Privacy Policy
Gemplex collects account and app-functionality data needed to provide login, city-first content discovery, watch history, watchlist, creator/community features, moderation, support, security, and notifications when enabled by the user.
Account data can include name, email address, phone number, selected city, selected language, profile preferences, authentication provider identifiers, and support messages submitted by the user.
Usage data can include app interactions, playback events, search terms, votes, likes, reports, notification delivery metadata, device/app diagnostics, and coarse technical data needed for abuse prevention and reliability.
Gemplex does not sell personal data. Third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, OneSignal, hosting/CDN providers, and error monitoring may process data only for app functionality, security, analytics, support, or delivery of services enabled in the app.
Users can delete their account in the app from Profile > Delete my account. For privacy questions, contact privacy@gemplexott.in.
